Your Monthly Guide to Seasonal Allergies Part 1

Posted on

Do you experience sneezing, coughing, itchy eyes, and a runny nose for a few months every year? If you do, chances are that you suffer from seasonal allergies. Whether your allergies surface during the spring, summer, fall, or winter season, the one thing that they have in common is that they are unpleasant and make that particular time of year less enjoyable.

Seasonal allergies can be caused by blooming trees, flowers, grasses, weeds, mold, fungus, and even house dust. The time of year that you suffer from allergies can usually give you a pretty good indication about what you are allergic to.

In today’s blog post, we are going to go month-by-month and discuss the most common causes of allergies during each month. This blog will include months January through June. Our next blog will continue with the remainder of the year.

Of course, allergies may vary by where you live. Trees, flowers, grasses, and weeds will bloom at slightly different times of the year depending upon the weather in your area. However, his guide will give you a general timeline.

Our natural allergy remedy helps your body build up a healthy immune response to the allergies that are indigenous to your area. Find your zone today and experience real relief from seasonal allergies.

January

During January, most of us don’t typically keep our windows open, and there aren’t very many trees blooming. However, because the majority of us are staying indoors more often than in spring, summer, or fall, house dust becomes one of the most common allergies. To combat these allergies, you can consider keeping your home’s humidity relatively low and cleaning and vacuuming the house regularly with products that are made to reduce dust and other allergens such as using a HEPA filter on your vacuum.

If you suffer from dust allergies, try Allergena’s Dust + Mite formula. It’s specially designed to help you build up a healthy immune response to allergies such as house dust, dust mites, and others that you may find inside of your home during January.

February

During the month of February, depending upon where you live, you most likely are still staying inside and are susceptible to house dust allergies. However, during this month, especially in the Northeastern region of the U.S., some trees can begin to bloom and release pollen, causing seasonal allergies as well. While there are not as many trees blooming as there will be in a few months, February is when Spring allergies can begin in some regions.

If you live in the northeastern United States and experience seasonal allergies in February due to blooming trees, try Allergena Zone 1 homeopathic allergy relief drops. They are specially formulated to help you build up a healthy immune response to trees that are indingineous to your area.

March

March is the official beginning of spring and that means the introduction of spring allergies. This is when trees, flowers, and other plants begin blooming in full-swing. The warming weather typically draws us outside more and more and we begin to open our windows and air out our homes. This is when the dust allergies settle and the spring allergies that so many of us dread begin.

You don’t have to suffer from spring allergies this year. Homeopathic Allergena can help your immune system fight off seasonal allergies. Find your zone and order the Allergena that correlates to your area to enjoy an allergy-free spring.

April

While Spring allergies begin in March, April is when we see flowers really begin to bloom as well as the emergence of grass pollen. April is prime time for spring allergies. There is typically plenty of rain and sunshine to encourage the growth of flowers, trees, grasses, and weeds.

Spring is a beautiful time of year and you don’t want to have to spend it cooped up inside because of your seasonal allergies. Find your zone and order homeopathic Allergena today to combat the Spring allergies in your area.

May

During the month of May, Spring allergies continue. You will likely continue to experience the sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes caused by an allergic reaction to the blooming flowers and trees in your area. While tree pollination can begin as early as February in some locations, it typically lasts throughout May. In addition, in certain parts of the country grass allergies will begin to emerge as well around this time.

June

For many areas around the country, grass pollen is at its peak during the long, hot summer days during the month of June. You may experience allergies from bluegrass, rye grass, bermuda grass, sorghum, orchard grass, and so many more depending upon where you live. Each formula of Allergena is designed to combat allergies to the grasses that are common in your geographical zone. So, whether you are allergic to one grass, or all of them, homeopathic Allergena can help.
